Ahoy MSA Crew,
The Log Dodge is almost here, and we need you to do one very important thing before you untie the dock lines: REGISTER.
Why? Because Linda and Grant aboard Mei Li are running the galley that night and they need to know how many hungry sailors are heading their way after the race. Help them feed the fleet right by getting your name on the list ahead of time. No registration, no guarantees on seconds.
And to everyone sitting on the fence wondering if racing is for them, the answer is yes. No PHRF? No problem. Jump into C Fleet, raise your sails, and come have a blast on the water. Want to feel very official and important? Get your PHRF rating and join the A and B Fleet where everyone takes their finishing position very seriously. Either way, we want more boats out there. The more the merrier and the better the stories at the dock.
And let's be honest, the after party is half the reason we show up. There is nothing quite like pulling up to the dock, tying off, and swapping stories about what just happened out there on the water. Who got the perfect tack, who got caught in irons, and who is already rewriting history to make their finish sound better than it was. Bring your boasts, bring your excuses, and bring your MSA spirit because that is what this community is all about.
Steve L. from Gambit will be running the show as Race Committee this race.
Races are free. Dinner is $10. The bragging rights are priceless.
Head to the MSA homepage to register and we will see you on the water and at the dock.
Fair winds,
The MSA Team
