Overview and Format
Format: A series of three races in and around Possession Sound. Races 1 and 2 are staggered-start based on PHRF rating, where all boats would theoretically finish at the same time. There will be both Friday afternoon and Saturday morning staggered start times, which the skipper can choose from either. There will be a corresponding Sunday morning start as well.
Skipper’s Meeting:No Skippers meeting. Start times will be calculated and provided for each registered boat prior to the event.Sailing Instructions:Final sailing instructions will be emailed to registered boats by 9:00 pm two days before the race start. These will include start-mark and finish-mark locations, including half-way mark in case of light wind conditions which may default to a shortened course.
