If you're excited about participating in sailboat racing but don’t own your boat, joining a crew is the perfect way to dive in and be part of the action. Even if you're not quite ready to race your boat, you can still immerse yourself in the thrill of the sport. Whether you're looking to gain knowledge, build confidence, or gain valuable experience, this platform provides an excellent opportunity. Members of the MSA Race Fleet can use this space to find experienced crew or offer mentorship to new sailors, creating a dynamic community where everyone can grow and contribute.

To sign up as crew for an upcoming race, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Sign-up" link located in the QR code
2. Fill out the form with your contact information, sailing experience (if any), and any specific skills or interests you may have.
3. Submit your form to be matched with boat owners who are looking for crew members for the races.

Once your form is submitted, the website will notify you of available crew positions on participating boats. You’ll be able to connect with experienced captains who are looking for crew members for upcoming races. We cannot guarantee a position will be available for the race you signed up for.
