Please join us for a Q&A on May 16th from 9–11 AM at the MSA Clubhouse, The Muse. We’ll be gathering for a discussion about the Progressive Cruise and how to best prepare for our July adventure to the San Juan Islands and Canada’s Gulf Islands.
This will be a great opportunity for a true melding of the minds as we share tips, experiences, and ideas to help everyone feel prepared and excited for the cruise ahead. Don’t get caught off guard, come down, ask questions, and learn from fellow cruisers!
We’ll be chatting about topics such as:
Navigation tips
Provisioning
What not to forget
Fun is just a cruise away!
Always a fan favorite, the trip to Langley features some of MSA's biggest traditions. The beer-can sailboat races can get quite competitive, with bragging rights for the season on the line. But the real highlight is always the annual visit to the club by Captain Greybeard, and his boat renaming ceremonies!
Each cruise has an entertaining or adventurous theme, fun activities and potluck. Time at the dock gives people the opportunity to share boating experiences, boat handling tips, maintenance knowledge and make new friends. We look forward to you joining us on Milltown cruises. We welcome sailors, power boaters, paddlers, and even those who prefer to come by car. Bring the whole family, children and pets are welcome.
As part of MSA's ongoing effort to keep membership costs low, cruise registrants will be responsible for the registration fees that MSA has previously covered and will continue to facilitate. The fees to register for the event are these marina fees.
One of the more unique cruise opportunities offered. Back Bay celebrates solstice with a wagon wheel raft up, blind dinghy races, burning of the wicker man, and an incomprehensible number of rubber ducks.
This cruise is spent on anchor and shore access is limited. Please reach out to Carl and Leanna for any questions.
